Hextris

Hextris is a fast-paced block-matching game inspired by the legendary Tetris but “refreshed” with a hexagonal interface and super-fast, addictive rotation gameplay.

If you like games that require quick reflexes and both sharp eyes and quick hands, then Hextris is the “danger zone” you won’t want to leave. 

How to play Hextris

Control a hexagon in the center of the screen.

Colored blocks will fall from the outside and attach to the edge of the hexagon.

Rotate the hexagon to catch blocks of the same color next to each other.

When 3 or more blocks of the same color are adjacent, they will disappear.

Rotate skillfully to gather the colors together.

Calculate which edge the next block should be placed on.

Score as many points as possible before the blocks pile up too high and overflow the hexagon.

Controls

Left-click or left arrow key: Rotate the hexagon counterclockwise.

Right-click or use the right arrow key: Rotate the hexagon clockwise.

Tips and Tricks

Don't try to collect many different colors, but prioritize collecting one cluster at a time for easy deletion.

Always keep an eye on the upcoming color block so you can rotate it in time.

Rotate quickly but don't panic. Because the more panicked, the easier it is to miss.

The bigger the combo, the more neatly the block will be deleted and less likely to be pushed up.
