Block Blast 2 is the sequel to the famous block game Block Blast! Compared to the first version, Block Blast 2 adds many new types of blocks, diverse challenge modes, and an attractive reward system. It helps you to play each game more freshly than ever.

How to play Block Blast 2

Still, the familiar way of playing: on the screen, three blocks with random shapes. Your task is to drag and drop these blocks into the 8x8 board.

When a horizontal or vertical row is filled, the block will disappear, and you will receive points.

Scoring rules

Stacking multiple rows at the same time will create combos, helping to double, even triple, the bonus points. Keeping the chain continuous and not letting the board fill up too quickly will help you increase the multiplier and score faster.

Strategy

Don't place blocks just to fill the empty space in front of you; calculate whether it will block the large block in the future or not. Always keep a large enough empty area for 3x3 or long blocks. Try to arrange to break multiple rows at once instead of individual rows. Before dropping, look at all three blocks that appear to decide the appropriate order to place them.

Game Modes

Classic Mode: Play like you know how to, and get a high number.

Timed Mode: You have to act quickly because time is running out.

In Challenge Mode, you have to do things like line up a certain number of rows or get to a certain point within a certain amount of time.
