Forget tower defense games where you build towers and then reset after each level. Pokepath TD is a revolution where your efforts are saved forever! This is a fan-made game played directly in your browser. Your mission is to build a powerful team of Pokémon to stop hundreds of waves of monsters on 9 different routes.

How to play Pokepath TD

Your goal is to protect the end of the route from the waves of monsters. If too many monsters get through, you lose but still receive EXP.

The 10-Unit Rule

Even if you have hundreds of Pokémon, you can only fight with 10. Your PC Box holds the remaining Pokémon.

Roles over Types

DPS: Pokémon with high attack speed or area-of-effect (AoE) attacks.

Crowd Control: Essential to keep bosses in place.

Slow: Corsola (Slows and deals area-of-effect damage), Ferrothorn.

Stun: Ampharos (Stuns in a wide area).

Economy: Use Pay Day skill to hack money.

Dealing with Special Monsters

Enemies don't just walk; they have annoying abilities.

Invisible: Regular towers can't shoot. You need a Pokémon that can detect invisibility, like Honchkrow or Xatu.

Armored: You need a Pokémon that can break armor (Armor Break), like Excadrill.

Regen: You need to deal damage extremely quickly or use the Grievous Wounds effect.

Pro Tips

Raise a Persian and a Ditto. Ditto will copy Persian, doubling your earnings per round. This money can be used to buy Legendary Dragon Eggs!

When facing a difficult Boss battle, go to Settings and select Auto Retry mode. Leave your Pokémon AFK to fight the Boss; even if they lose, you still get money and experience. Repeat this continuously to get rich without needing to manually control the Pokémon.

First, level up one or two core Pokémon to max. A level 50 Charizard beats ten level 10 Charmanders.
